ADDMA presents “Social Inclusion, Youth Employment & Poverty Reduction – Skills on Demand” project
The Athens Development and Destination Management Agency (ADDMA) presented an innovative pilot project aiming to promote the employment of vulnerable residents of the City of Athens to representatives of Athenian trade associations during a meeting that took place online on February 11.
Titled “Social Inclusion, Youth Employment and Poverty Reduction – Skills on Demand (SoD)”, the project aims to provide participants with information, training and certification.
The SoD also offers psychosocial support to beneficiaries and facilitates their interconnection with the labor market.
The SoD was presented by the project’s management team while speakers also included ADDMA CEO Vagelis Vlachos and SOL Crowe President and Deputy Director of the “Greek Local Development and Poverty Reduction” program Charilaos Faltsetas.
The “Skills on Demand” project is implemented by ADDMA under the EEA Grants’ “Local Development and Poverty Reduction” program in collaboration with the HumanRights360 organization.
