ADDMA Signs MoU with Nanjing Municipal Culture & Tourism Bureau

ADDMA and the Municipal Culture & Tourism Bureau of Nanjing, a historic city located in eastern China, recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), with the aim to develop common projects in the fields of tourism and culture.

The MoU was signed by ADDMA CEO Ioannis Georgizas and Nanjing Mayor Chen Zhichang during an event which was held in Athens on July 1st.

According to Georgizas, the memorandum will contribute to the exchange of knowhow in tourism and the development of new synergies between the two cities. “Tourism enables cross-cultural interaction and facilitates the dialogue between countries by promoting cultural understanding, mutual respect and peace," he underlined.

Through This is Athens, ADDMA promotes the Greek capital as an ideal year-round destination for leisure travel as well as for conferences, meetings and events. In addition, the Agency promotes Athens as a filming destination through the Athens Film Office’s partnerships with international production studios and streaming platforms.
