Develop Athens CEO participates in Greek Real Estate Investment Forum 2024

Develop Athens CEO Ioannis Georgizas referred to the challenges of tourism development as well as to the sustainable tourism practices implemented by the City of Athens during the Greek Real Estate Investment Forum 2024, which was held in the Greek capital on September 24.  As he said, the City of Athens is carrying out a Tourism Carrying Capacity study with the aim to create a sustainable city for both its residents and visitors.

Mr. Georgizas participated in a discussion titled "The evolution of urban spaces after the shock of the pandemic and inflation", with Dimitris Manousakis, CEO of Savills Hellas, Sonia Tzavella, Senior Associate of Bahas, Grammatidis & Partners and journalist Christos Konstas.

The Greek Real Estate Investment Forum 2024 was organized by Ethos Events in collaboration with business portal banks.com.gr and the “HRIMA” magazine.
